Walking between most city centre attractions takes 10 to 20 minutes. Cycling to the university from most student areas takes under 15 minutes.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is just 8 miles from the city centre. Bus route 500 runs directly between the airport and the city centre in approximately 30 minutes. The airport serves destinations across Europe and is used by Ryanair, easyJet and Wizz Air, making it convenient for Erasmus+ students travelling home during holidays.
