How to Apply
Step 1: Initial Contact
Complete our enquiry form or book a free discovery call. We will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your needs and how we can support your students.
Step 2: Programme Proposal
We will send you a detailed programme proposal and quote within 48 hours. This will outline the work placements, accommodation, cultural programme, and all associated costs.
Step 3: Confirmation and Documentation
Once you are happy with the proposal, we confirm the programme and begin collecting the necessary documentation from your students, including learning agreements and OLAs.
Step 4: Pre-Departure Support
We provide a comprehensive pre-arrival information pack for your students, covering accommodation, travel, local tips, and what to expect during their time in Liverpool.
Step 5: Programme Delivery
Your students arrive, complete their placements, and enjoy Liverpool. We are on hand throughout to manage any issues and keep you updated at every stage.
Step 6: Reporting and Evaluation
We provide all documentation needed for your Erasmus+ grant reporting, including placement certificates, timesheets, and a full programme evaluation report.
