Our Story
Erasmus Liverpool was established to connect European students with meaningful, employer-led work placements in one of the UK's most dynamic and welcoming cities.
Founded by John Vallely (10+ years Erasmus+ programme management across Europe) and Darren Gilligan (33 years of Liverpool expertise across tourism, hospitality and employer networks).
Together combining European programme expertise with authentic local Liverpool knowledge — giving every student a safe, enriching and genuinely memorable experience.
